State Of Mind

Tragedy strikes many a times in life. It strikes again and again and leaves one in despair. It might crush you or break you completely. You might crumble through the process with those heart wrenching moments flashing before your eyes as tears trickle down your cheeks, or you might just cherish those wonderful memories and walk through the troubles times. As is believed, a man who proves his metal in dire times is the one who lives his life the fullest. Grief gets you nothing other than more grief to dwell in. It leaves you vulnerable, agitated and most importantly, grief leaves you lonely.
How you respond towards problems in life is very important. Are you a person who tries to solve his problem or are you that person who goes crying about it. We may approach a problem differently, but as long as we are not running away from it, we are headed the right way. It is all about having that right state of  mind which pushes you to do more with your life than to just reflect upon sad memories of the past and neglect your present life. Positive attitude can get you places where you could never imagine you would end up being in. As M K Gandhi Once said  "If Ï believe that I cannot do something, it makes me incapable of doing it.But when I believe that I can, then I acquire the ability to do it even if I did not have."
Hence, we can always get through tough times. Its all a matter of perspective and hence the right approach is very important. The ones who walk the path less trodden, try to stretch out their comfort zones are the ones who ultimately end up marching the path to glory. Just thinking about how good things could have been and then regretting about all the lost opportunities in life will leave you with nothing but hollowness and discontentment.
